The excel export for this data is very inconvenient to look at and work with. This is located at https://ehr.primate.wisc.edu/ehr/WNPRC/EHR/animalHistory.view
Animals should be on the y-axis with possible alleles on the x-axis forming a grid. A "+", "-", or something can be entered at each intersection to indicate the typing results. The old Watkins database works like this, and makes it very easy to compare animals. Unfortunately though, that database is not being kept up to date.
Is this something you could easily fix?
